Location: CR 2370 just off Highway 69, between Emory and Alba, TX

From Dallas on I-20:

  • From Dallas take I-20 east to TX Hwy. 19 at Canton
  • Continue north on Hwy. 19 for approximately 23 miles to Emory
  • At the 4-way intersection of Hwy. 19 and Hwy. 69 in Emory, turn right and head east and south on Highway 69 for approximately 6 miles
  • Turn right on CR 2360 and continue approximately 1/2 mile to 4-way intersection
  • Turn left on CR 2370 (see Woodson Place sign)
  • The Woodson Place is approximately 1/4 mile on the right on CR 2370
  • After entering through the stone entryway drive, you will find the model home at the end of the cul-de-sac at the end of the current section of road. The model home is on Lot M-7. It is a two-story Texas farmhouse style home that's green in color with standing-seam metal roof. You will see Advocates Realty and Austin Green Building Program signs near the front of the home. From Mineola:

  • From the intersection of Hwy. 80 and Hwy. 69 in downtown Mineola, you are going to go about 16 miles north on Hwy. 69 to your turnoff.
  • First, in about 12.5 miles, you come to Alba. CONTINUE THROUGH ALBA, and as you pass the water tower, take note--your turnoff is about 3 miles ahead. You will continue on Hwy. 69 north out of Alba for about 3 miles, and en route you will be leaving Wood County and entering Rains County.
  • DO NOT turn on any Wood County roads that may have similar numbers to the Rains County roads that you will use to go to Woodson Place.
  • Turn left onto RAINS COUNTY road 2370, and in about a half mile you'll see the Woodson Place stone entryway on your left.
  • After entering through the stone entryway drive, you will find the model home at the end of the cul-de-sac at the end of the current section of road. The model home is on Lot M-7.
